V2 Facility Maintenance offers the following comprehensive inspection services to give your property manager the confidence he needs to run your facility efficiently and without preventable incidents. We look for any deficiencies during these inspections:

  • Check Pump Rooms and Meter Rooms
     

  • In the winter months check and confirm heat is functioning properly and the room is being maintained between 45-50 degrees
     

  • In the non-winter months confirm that the heat is turned off
     

  • Rooms must be swept and free and clear of any debris
     

  • Confirm that all lighting is in good working order
     

  • Complete a visual inspect of all equipment, including fire panels, fire equipment, domestic water lines and gas lines. To confirm that there are no leaks or trouble alarms. Any issues report to property management

  • Confirm that fire extinguisher is up to date, notify property manager if expired
     

  • Inspect time clocks – and adjust as needed
     

  • Confirm door is locked and key is in lockbox
     

  • Check all plumbing to confirm it is functioning properly and look for leaks; including hot water heater, breakroom sink, bathroom sinks, toilets, and urinals
     

  • Check all interior lighting and provide quote to Property Manager as to replacement
     

  • Verify all exit signs and emergency lighting is functional and provide a quote to Property Manager as to replacement
     

  • Check for Roof leaks
